Official summary
"issue: jlr have recieved a number of reports detailing concern that the plant filled engine oil of the 2.0gtdi engine appears to be contaminated. Cause: the plant fill oil has an additive to enable leak detection at valencia engine plant (vep). This additive has no effect on the quality or function of the oil and it is standard that the it may appear to have a slightly red or pink tint (see attached picture)."
