Official summary
"issue: excessive brake pedal pressure required to get the auto transmission out of park, warning lights on the instrument pack with associated dtc's for brake light switch (p0504-27, p0504-62, c1a96-64) or brakes showing signs of drag and binding. Cause: incorrect brake light switch setting. Note: analysis of returned brake switches have shown no issues with the brake switch itself. Do not replace the switch before adjustment is carried out."
