"service news article - as a convenience, clients get free access to acuralink real-time traffic for the first 3 years of vehicle ownership. After that, they must subscribe to one of several available acuralink® packages to keep getting it. Clients whose free access is ending will get an e-mail advising them of the situation and inviting them to subscribe. Yet, some clients may still come into your dealership thinking there s something wrong with their vehicle because they can t see real-time traffic anymore."
