Official summary
Some 2016-2017 Focus RS vehicles built on or before 03-Apr-2017 may exhibit an Unable to Change Drive Mode message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) and/or an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with DTC P26FE stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) memory. This may be due to a sticking exhaust valve when the temperature is below freezing. Reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using IDS release 104.05 or higher.
