2011-2017 LEAF; LABEL REQUIRED FOR BATTERY MODULE WARRANTY RETURN SERVICE INFORMATION LEAF battery modules that are replaced under warranty are required to have a return label affixed to the module being returned, with the repair date recorded on it. See Figure 1. The return label is included with the new replacement battery module.
