Official summary

TSB: Some 2012 ? 2014 model year Tacoma vehicles equipped with 1GR-FE engines may exhibit a MIL "ON" condition for the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): ? P015A - A/F Sensor Delayed Response - Rich to Lean Bank 1 Sensor 1 ? P015B - A/F Sensor Delayed Response - Lean to Rich Bank 1 Sensor 1 ? P015C - A/F Sensor Delayed Response - Rich to Lean Bank 2 Sensor 1 ? P015D - A/F Sensor Delayed Response - Lean to Rich Bank 2 Sensor 1 This condition may be caused by A/F sensor misdetection under certain driving conditions.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
