Official summary
TSB: Lexus models equipped with Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Navigation require a Special Service Tool and follow a unique process for updating the map, points of interest, and system software. Instead of individual DVDs installed into the vehicle, ALL map data is uploaded directly to the HDD system.
