This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a service 4 wheel drive message displayed in the driver's information center. Technician will find Diagnostic Trouble Code C0306, C0321, C0387, C0398, C0396, and C0569. Technician should inspect the terminal at X109 and X3 for proper tension, crimp, fully seated and overall condition.
