Official summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have static on stations with an otherwise strong signal or unable to stop at specific stations when using the "seek" function. Technician should follow all published Service Information diagnostics. Technician will need to replace the Radio Antenna Module located on the right side of the deck lid if published Service Information diagnostics to not lead to a repair for the concern.
