Official summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician that some vehicles may have ?VOICE? displayed on the radio after the Canada upgrade was performed. Technician will gain access to the telematics communication interface control module remove the terminal 12 in the X2 connector and tape it to the harness.
