Official summary
Some 2015-2016 MKC vehicles equipped with active park assist may exhibit turn signals, steering wheel radio controls and low speed wipers being inoperative. The stability/traction control indicator lamp may also be illuminated with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U0131. It may be required to perform the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) reprogramming function twice to ensure the module is successfully programmed.
