Official summary
Some 2017-2018 Escape/MKC and 2017 Edge vehicles equipped with 2.0L Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection(GTDI) engines may exhibit illuminated malfunction indicator light(MIL) with DTC P04DB(crankcase ventilation system disconnected) stored in Powertrain Control Module(PCM) memory. Disconnect crankcase pressure sensor electrical connector and remove crankcase vent tube. Inspect valve cover port with borescope.
