Official summary
Some vehicles may have a condition where the front of the drivers seat cushion trim comes off the seat frame (as shown below). This is found on vehicles equipped with power seats and leather, leatherette or cloth type seat trim. The front seat cushion is attached to the seat frame using a folding collar. The collar may slip out of the seat frame when force is applied to the front of the seat cushion.
