Official summary
ANC = Active Noise Control The vehicle?s radio may be heard in the background on the opposite side (land-side) of a call made from a phone connected to Sensus Connect infotainment via Bluetooth. This happens because the microphone?s phantom feed for ANC is picking up this sound. It is not heard in the vehicle because media/radio audio is muted during the Bluetooth call. The audio heard may come from either FM, AM, or SiriusXM sources.
