Shifter - Automatic Transmission Before this part is replaced for a Service Shifter message and lost communication DTC U0103, U0103-87 issues, please call Bing Guo on cell (248) 500-7355 with all associated DTCs and failure information. If you do not receive a return call within 15 minutes, proceed with the repair. Please be sure to accurately record any DTCs identified with the scan tool and document them on the repair order and in GCS claims.
