Official summary
UConnect Theater Remote Before replacing the Remote Control for the Rear Seat Entertainment system due to pairing issues, ensure that the VRM and radio software is at the latest level. If remote pairing still fails at the newer software levels, turn the ignition off, close all the doors, and wait for the cluster to go to sleep. Key the car back to ACC and retry the pairing procedure.
