Hands Free Module - Convergence Telematics Module (CTM) Before replacing the Hands Free Module (HFM), please contact Gaurav Saxena at cell (248) 260-0583 or Tim Kraft at cell (248) 766-5826 ~ IMPORTANT - do not reset the HFM, clear codes or perform a battery reset before calling. Engineering is currently root causing this issue and your assistance is greatly appreciated. Seeking vehicles with HFM in a locked state, inoperative, or offline. If unable to reach this person within 15 minutes, then proceed with the necessary repair.
