Official summary

Front Of Vehicle Lateral Vibration During Low Speed Acceleration This bulletin involves replacing both front half shafts. The customer may describe a lateral wiggle, wobble, shake, shimmy, or shudder type vibration in the vehicle while accelerating at low speeds, typically between 16-32 kph (10-20 mph).

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
