Official summary

Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 97 number 10-14 dated September 16, 2010. Electrical components associated with the panorama roof, power rear lid, interior lighting, or Central Electrics (such as sunroof frame/sunshade operation, power rear lid operation with open/close switch, dome light operation, etc.) may become inoperative. The battery may be discharged. This bulletin only applies to vehicles with panorama roofs. During vehicle assembly, the wire harness that is routed along the left side of the sunroof frame may be pinched at one of the sunroof frame to body assembly points.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
