Official summary

Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 74 number 14-18 dated February 26, 2014. The panel on the back of the front seat is warped or dented. The headrest on the rear seatback may also be damaged. The damaged is caused when the headrest of the rear seat backrest comes in contact with the back of the front seat. This occurs when the rear seat is folded down with the headrests installed, and the front seat is moved back far enough to make contact with the rear seat headrest.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
