Official summary
Some 2017 F-Super Duty vehicle built on or before 24-Aug-2017 may exhibit inoperative A/C operation. This may be due to broken or damaged circuits CH401 (VT-WH) and/or GD131 (BK-GY). Inspect for harness damage between connector C100 at the A/C Compressor and inline connector C1046. This damage may take place during the assembly process. If there is no damage present to either circuit please continue with normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnosis.
