This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that the radio will not retain the previous settings and will go to the Home Icon screen when the vehicle is restarted. Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is currently evaluating this concern.
