Official summary
Some 2017-2018 Fusion/MKZ vehicles built on or before 27-Oct-2017 may exhibit an illuminated airbag lamp and/or SYNC 911 assist not operational message being displayed. Connect the IDS and check the RCM and APIM for DTCs. If any of the following RCM DTCs U3000, U2100, U2101, U2300, U0455, B0080, B141B, B141C, B0054, B140C, B140D, B0057, B140E, B140F and/or APIM DTC U0452 is stored, then reprogram the RCM to the latest level using IDS or FJDS 107.04 or higher.
