Official summary
TSB: Some 2013 - 2018 model year vehicles may exhibit a rear brake vibration/squeak while braking, due to corrosion on the rear brake components. Service parts are now available to reduce the likelihood of this condition occurring. The backing plates of the brake pads have been covered with an anti-rust coating to address the brake pads sliding in the caliper assembly and reduce RTV (rotor thickness variation). Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
