Some 2011 ? 2012 model year Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where the front door glass run on either the RH or LH side becomes loose or does not stay in place. Vehicles may also exhibit a condition where the front door glass run is pulled off the track and may come down while the window is operated. Use the following repair procedure to address this condition.
