TSB: Some 2011 ? 2013 model year Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where the outside seat shield is loose and separating, or has an excessive gap to the seat cushion or forward facing seat shield. The condition may occur on either the driver or passenger front power equipped seats. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
