Official summary
TSB: Some Standard/Luxury grade 2WD GS 350 and GS 450h vehicles may exhibit a front brake squeak while traveling at slow speeds. A new brake pad kit, brake disc, and shim are available to reduce the likelihood of this condition occurring.
