Official summary
Some 2011 model year Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where a leak is noticed at the rear corner drains of the rear sliding roof assembly. This may be due to an insufficient amount of butyl sealer in the drain end caps. A new rear sliding roof housing sub-assembly has been developed to address this condition
