Official summary
Some 2018 Mustang convertibles may exhibit a slow/no retraction of the driver or passenger front seat belt shoulder harness. This may be due to increased resistance of the belt going through the shoulder web guide on the seat back. To verify, remove the shoulder belt from the web guide on the seat and identify if the seat belt will now retract normally. If a slow/no retraction still exists, Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-20 for further diagnosis. If normal operation resumes, do not attempt any repairs at this time. Engineering is investigating, monitor OASIS for updates.
