Official summary
Some 2017-2018 MKZ vehicle built on or before 10-Oct-2017 may exhibit a steering wheel that does not travel to the full up position when the easy entry/exit feature is enabled. Reprogram the DSM using Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) or Ford J2534 Diagnostic Software (FJDS) release 108.03 or higher. Perform a driver seat module (DSM) reset. Select Toolbox > Body > Service Functions > DSM Reset. Next, program the DSM using as-built. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates.
