Official summary
Some vehicles may exhibit inoperative driver and/or front passenger side seat warmer(s) in any mode (High, Mid and Low). This may be caused by repeated load applied to the seat cushion (1) while the seat isoccupied. A section of the heater mat (2) just above the reinforcement rod (3) in the cushion pad contactsinternal heater mat wire and causes damage (4).
