Official summary
Some 2018 Mustang vehicles equipped with the digital IPC may exhibit a "Service Tire Mobility Kit" message being displayed in the IPC, or personality settings which the customer set not being properly retained within the IPC. Reprogram the IPC using Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) or Ford J2534 Diagnostic Software (FJDS) release 109.01 or higher.
