Official summary
Some good news! Subaru of America has decided to arrange a gift for each customer that was driving an impacted sold unit at the start of this recall. For customers that do not have an added security maintenance plan, we will be providing a $100 Subaru gift coupon, redeemable for parts, service, accessories or Subaru Gear. For those customers with the added security maintenance plan, we will be providing a $100 prepaid debit card. Details and timing on this will be forthcoming.
