Official summary

Customers may describe one or more of the following conditions: · Not being able to adjust the HVAC system temperature to their comfort level regardless of blend door/temperature setting. · Feeling hot air coming out of the right side vents.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
