Active Grill Shutter (AGS) This GPOP applies to all 2014 - 2016 KL & 2015 - 2016 UF vehicles. Prior to replacing an Active Grille Shutter (AGS) for DTC code U11E9 (Loss of Communication), please contact Stephen Koch at cell (248) 379-1220 or email ([email protected]). If he does not respond within 15 minutes, please proceed with replacing AGS.
