Official summary

TSB: Some North American produced RAV4, Highlander, Highlander HV, and Sienna vehicles equipped with manual front seats may exhibit an inoperative forward/rearward adjustment function. Upon closer inspection it may be noticed that the Seat Track Adjusting Handle has become disengaged from the locking levers. APPLICABLE WARRANTY: This repair is covered under the Toyota Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
