This is a Technical Service Bulletin sent to dealers. It provides dealers instructions for resolving customer's report that Bluetooth pairing code given by the Hands Free Link system does not work for certain smartphone models, namely, Samsung Galaxy and Sony Xperia. For these smartphone models, the pairing code for Bluetooth connection must be set to a fixed code of ?0000.? This TSB instructs dealers how to register these smartphones using the pairing code ?0000.?
