TSB: Some 2016 ? 2018 model year RX 350 and RX 450h vehicles may exhibit a condition where water enters the door lock bezel. This condition may cause the door cable to become frozen and inoperable in freezing conditions. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
