Some 2018 F150, Navigator and Expedition vehicles equipped with 3.5L EcoBoost engine may experience malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) illumination with Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) DTC P0365 and/or P0369. This may be due to low engine oil level, low engine oil pressure or damaged variable camshaft timing (VCT) phasers. Before performing Powertrain Control and Emissions Diagnostics (PC/ED) Manual diagnostics, inspect the engine oil level and evaluate any abnormal VCT noise conditions.
