Some 2017-2018 Escape vehicles equipped with a 1.5L EcoBoost engine and built on or before 1 Jun 2018 may exhibit an illuminated MIL with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P051B stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
