TELEMATICS SERVICE INFORMATION This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). This bulletin has been amended to add a Required Actions by Model and Year table on page 2, a Check OFF Sheet on page 21 and to reorganize the information throughout. It is necessary for you to read this revised procedure to properly perform this Service Information. Please discard previous versions of this bulletin.
