Official summary

This is a Technical Journal: The noise comes from the rubber material(drive shaft bellow) which creates a certain friction and may create a noise when temperature are cold. The noise is most obvious during slow driving and turning (e.g. parking maneuvers). The noise will become less after some driving. Spray wax, Wurth PN 0893923284 , on the outer bellows

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
