"MIL LIGHT WITH DME FAULTS 1B2002 AND 1F1A51 STORED. Service Engine Soon (MIL) light is on. Both of the following fault codes are stored in Digital Motor Electronics (DME) memory: 1B2002: ""EWS protection against tampering: no starting value programmed"" 1F1A51: ""DME, internal fault: Read EEPROM faulty"" Note: Only vehicles with DME MEVD17.2.3 produced or programmed to Integration level 16-03-50x - 16-07-50x - 16-11-50x are affected. Ineffective DME software."
