Official summary

RAISING OF WIND DEFLECTOR AT A HIGH SPEED. Unintentional lifting of the wind deflector occurs at a high speed and it is perceived that it may possibly detach. CAUSE Rear seat backrest not locked. This is not visually detectable at first glance. Make the customer aware of the proper rear seat engagement.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
