Official summary

"This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI B51 29 15 dated August 2015.. Both rear side ""fixed"" windows need to be replaced due to incorrect glue application, this may cause a water leak. AFFECTED VEHICLES This Service Action involves F25 (X3) and F26 (X4) produced from July 13, 2015 to July 14, 2015. Vehicles which require this Service Action to be completed will show it as ""Open"" when checked either in the ""Service Menu"" of DCSnet (Dealer Communication System) or with the Key Reader."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
