PITSTOP: BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) PART NUMBER CHANGE - This Pitstop provides information regarding a change made to the software logic of the service part replacement Body Control Module (BCM) for the 2017MY Sorento (UMa). If the BCM is replaced with a normal service part, the horn answerback feature may not be available for selection within the settings menu of the instrument cluster. If the customer prefers the vehicle retains this feature, install the appropriate part below.
