Official summary

"Front Floor Mats Do Not Stay in Place. The Velcro patch attached to the bottom of the floor mat peels off. Poor adhesion of the Velcro patch Thank you for all the PuMA ""Info Only"" cases. From these cases, it has been determined that the Velcro peeling fault occurs on mats produced prior to May 2014. We no longer need ""Info Only"" cases from this time period."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
