Official summary
12-volt Battery Terminal Adapter Slightly Loose. The 12-volt battery adapter appears to be slightly loose. The cable connection on the positive or negative terminal can be slightly moved or turned. It is normal for vehicles to have slight play in the adapter for battery connections. Vehicles produced prior to April 3, 2014 may have excessive play because the mounting screw is not microencapsulated and can loosen further.
