"The illumination (back lighting) for the E-Call (Emergency/SOS call) button in the FZD (sunroof module) overhead console does not work. This picture shows the E-Call button illumination (back lighting) not working. Note: Pressing the E-Call button will start an SOS call, even though the back lighting is not working.This picture shows E-Call illumination (back lighting) working. AFFECTED VEHICLES This Service Action involves the F34 (3 Series Gran Turismo) and F36 (4 Series Gran Coupe) models, produced from 7/27/2015 to 7/30/2015. Please perform it the next time this vehicle comes to your work
