?SI B13 10 15 Fuel Systems December 2015 Technical Service. This Service Information bulletin replaces SI B13 07 15 dated August 2015. The DDE software release for the Engine Start-Stop (MSA) function is incomplete. As a result the (MSA) feature cannot be activated with the MSA On/Off switch.
